You
can see the directory choices for recorded calls and
archived calls and the buttons to both create and
navigate between:

to address and send, that contains an attachment

The
picture below shows the TeleRec
Options Screen
Once
options are set, this screen can be password protected
so that the user cannot change the settings.
TeleRec
settings are written to the registry and the software
auto opens invisibly on start up of PC running and
recording all calls with or without the user adding
notes to the call.
Quick
Tip
The
Software will ignore knocked or bumped desks and not create
a recording of the event.
Deletes
unwanted Calls
The
recording tolerance can be set so that the software will
not save calls less then a chosen duration. Aborted calls,
shorter than chosen set length, are deleted.
Choice
Setting
tolerance to zero will cause software to save all calls
regardless of length.

click email
Creates
outlook e-mail instantly with attached call and notes
From
the Options Screen you can:
