Quick Tip
The Software will ignore knocked or bumped desks and not create a recording of the event.

Deletes unwanted Calls

The recording tolerance can be set so that the software will not save calls less then a chosen duration. Aborted calls, shorter than chosen set length, are deleted.

Choice

Setting tolerance to zero will cause software to save all calls regardless of length.
